 I am a full-time college student running an embroidery business out of her bedroom. Most items are on a preorder basis, so please check the description for wait times! Items are made in a pet-friendly, smoke-free home. Thank you endlessly for your support and patience.

 

Contact/ address information

Please ensure that all contact info is correct upon purchase. If there is any changes (address change, etc), please email me so I can make note. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the customer will be asked to pay for reshipping.

 

Lost packages

I am not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of USPS. All packages that are provided a tracking number is shipped through first class mail- If you believe your order is lost, please file a claim through USPS.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (promisefulart@gmail.com) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items that are damaged due to improper care are not eligible for refunds/exchanges. Care cards are shipped out with items to ensure their longitivtiy.

 

Refunds
I do not accept full refunds for items that have already been shipped. Cancellations are acceptable as long as your order has not undergone production: please contact me (promisefulart.com) with all inquiries.
